About the Band:
The Rivertones are Cape Town’s favourite reggae band, lighting up South Africa’s live music scene with infectious skank, joyful vibes, and a powerful message of “One Love”. Formed in 2006 by lead vocalist Roland Nair — who made his stage debut at age 12 — they’ve gone on to perform internationally and share stages with legends such as The Wailers. Expect classic reggae grooves, uplifting originals and the kind of feel-good energy that gets you dancing in the sand.
