The Brass Bell has now added a fine dining restaurant to the famous establishment.
This restaurant focuses on bringing an entirely new dining experience to our guests, from the welcome, the professional friendly service, the fantastic dishes and the wonderful wine list.
The interior has been renovated, and turned into the new and fabulous Izannes fine dining.
This stylish interior accommodates every guests needs, from the panoramic ocean view, delicious food, a great selection of wines, friendly service and a relaxing lounge area.

The Chef and the food
“As a Chef I am inspired by flavours, texture and colour. I love bringing something different and exciting to the pallet. Most people eat with their eyes, so it is important for me to bring in perfection and a lot of detail in my plaiting along with incredible flavour. Cooking is about expressing yourself and enjoying what you create. I always get so excited when creating new dishes; it is so rewarding to see what you can put together with a few Vegetables, some Maldon salt, good quality olive oil and fresh herbs. Or even a plain piece of meat just by cooking it with tender love and care and adding a fabulous Jus to it, makes a big difference. They say in France that the three secrets to cooking is butter, butter! and more butter! And I agree, along with Fresh Herbs and ounces of Passion!! “ - Executive Chef - Izanne Mocke
